- Apply Online – Quick 5‑minute form hosted on our official corporate domain (pecmi.ca). No payment required to apply. (PECMI never uses generic Google Forms or Jotforms).
- Jury Review – Weekly category balancing by our curation team.
- Approval & Payment – Approved vendors receive official confirmation.
- Campaign Activation – Your digital spotlight begins upon booth confirmation
🛡️ The PECMI Partner Safety Commitment
Prince Edward County Markets Inc. operates all festival logistics under strict verification standards to protect our makers:
- Applying is 100% free.
- Official Domains Only: Authentic festival invitations come strictly from [email protected]. We never use free Gmail accounts (like `[email protected]`).
- Official Application Forms: We host all vendor applications exclusively on pecmi.ca. We never use third-party Google Forms or the like.
- Secure QuickBooks Invoicing: We never ask for e-transfers via phone, text, social media, or personal email. Invoicing is issued exclusively via QuickBooks Online upon jury acceptance.
